Bought this fragrance in store and when I got home, I realized there was no nozzle on the bottle. Went back to the store 10 minutes after purchasing. Explained that I simply wanted to exchange for a new bottle with a nozzle and that the girl that checked me out was still there. She states she could not do that for 24hrs until it comes up on my account. So they sold me a broken bottle and are refusing to exchange within 10 minutes of purchase. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time. I even asked to speak with the woman who checked me out originally (who was lovely) but the woman refused. She stated I needed to wait a full 24hr to get a working bottle. I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had at this Ulta and will not be returning. I originally booked a tinsel appointment, then called ahead to add a quick wash and blowout. The stylist said she would “try to fit it in,” which already should have been a red flag. After the wash and blowout, my hair looked terrible – random pieces were sticking straight up and the style looked unfinished and messy, nothing like a smooth blowout. I told the stylist I was not satisfied, and instead of fixing it properly, she kept making excuses. She then made me sit and wait about 30 more minutes because she supposedly had “another client,” who never even showed up. This store ruined my child’s Christmas. Do NOT rely on same-day delivery and do not expect basic customer service skills. As a single mom, I had to wait until the last minute to order the gifts my daughter asked for because I had bills that had to be paid first. I placed an order of over $100 on the evening of 12/23 for guaranteed 12/24 same-day delivery. The order was marked as “picked up,” but shortly after, the DoorDash driver called to say the store did not have my order and I was told the store was closed, despite staff still answering the phone. When I spoke with Melissa?, the co-manager, I was told: • I could not pick my order up • She would not help resolve the issue • She could not issue a refund This was especially frustrating because I ordered directly through the Ulta websit

I was in the area and needed a few products before I ran out in the next few days so I stopped in Ulta spur of the moment. Went to look at a few new to me products and Ava walked by and asked if I needed any assistance. She was very informative and once I had everything I was lucky enough to have her at check out. I don’t usually have anyone ask me if I need help but I’m glad she did! Cuz I love my products!

Jade is the best! Went in looking for new makeup, as my skin has changed as I get older. She was friendly, sweet and so knowledgeable! I will come back to see her, and only her. Love Jade! ❤️
