Connected with Kate via a Google search. In just one appointment, Kate brought relief to my neck that I have been searching for for quite some time. She dropped a thumb right into a knot and the relief was instantaneous. She is very kind, educated and open. My first appointment with her felt like I was hanging with my sister! I've been seeing Kate for years now and I can always count on her for pain relief and bonus learning. She is a dedicated therapist and happily shares her knowledge, which I love. Kate keeps it simple. She is a consummate professional and is firmly focused on her client's therapy. Surely, you can get a full body but I go to her for trigger point work. We have done cupping which was nice but my issues are deep tissue. Kate takes her craft very seriously and she is incredibly good at it. I live out of town but come up to PA to visit family quite frequently. A friend recommended Kate @ True North and I decided to try her out. She is amazing. I will happily drive the two hours to get here just to have her work her magic. I have had back issues since I was about 14 and as I’m approaching 40, they haven’t gotten any better to say the least. She uses her expert knowledge of body mechanics to not only relieve the presenting issue, but to also delve deeper to discover the driver of the dysfunction. I now not only know what “trip hop” is, but how it helps to get me to that “neither here nor there” state of relaxation!
