Adriana was amazing during my services today!! She is truly a sweetheart and extremely knowledgeable in what she does. From the facial to the lymphatic drainage massage and cryotherapy, she took such great care of me. My skin feels incredible, my face looks more sculpted, and the whole experience was so calming. She explained every step, checked in with me throughout, and genuinely made me feel pampered. Highly recommend booking with her… she’s a gem!

This was my first time at Bally Beauty Spa. I saw the ad on Instagram and booked an appointment right away to take advantage of the special promotion they were running. Adriana provided me with my service today. She was very welcoming and professional and explained the steps she was doing. At the end of my session, I was feeling relaxed and my skin looked amazing. I already booked my next facial.

I struggle with hormonal acne and dehydrated skin. I came in with a painful flare up and after my first visit, my skin looked and felt completely different. The redness was 75% better. The pain from the cystic acne and appearance were gone by 95%. By day two, you couldn’t even tell I had three cystic acne pumps. Even old acne marks under the skin are more even toned. I had a hydrating facial and cold facial with blue light therapy and it was a miracle worker for me. Best first impression experience. Will be booking again. Thank you.
