I am so disappointed in this store. My mother was looking for a lipgloss and was told “what you are looking for is in your head”. The sales person was dismissive and rude. Shame on this store for not treating an older woman looking for help with kindness and respect. Save time and head to Sephora. They found what was “in her head” fast and with respect. Ulta if you feel are losing customers it is not just in your head! The employees SUCK.

I had such a great experience with Alexandra! She helped me out so much, she was super bubbly- even after a busy Black Friday day! She was so nice that the nasty attitudes of her coworkers didn’t even bother me! 🧡

I have had a wonderful experience getting my hair done with Tiffany. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She took time to expertly color and cut . I was very happy with final result.

Not really a review but I arrived here just to discover the store is closed with caution tape in front so im just a little confused because on google it says its open until 6pm. If the store is going to be closed for a while i recommend updating your hours on google because i just wasted time and gas to come here

Book with Tiffany in the salon - she is amazing! She does my hair cuts, Keratin and color and her service is always notch. She makes sure that every time I leave that chair my hair is perfect! She’s at the top of her game plus she’s a lot of fun. 🙂
