Such an amazing experience. Ethan, the co-manager was absolutely lovely. I asked him to help me find a gift for my sister and he ended up recommending products for my husband and I that we loved and purchased. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but he was so knowledgeable and helpful that we ended up loving everything he recommended. 10/10 customer service. This store was so welcoming and I haven’t been to Lush in years!!! But after my experience, I’ll definitely be going back and transitioning to more products from here. Even my husband (who's not into skincare) thought it was an amazing experience and loved the products Ethan recommended for him.

Ethan was so wonderful!! We were also helped by the sweetest girl, Jordan, who was super knowledgeable about scents and was able to recommend so many great scents that we loved based on us describing the notes that we like!! There was no pressure to buy anything but both Jordan and Ethan were extremely helpful and personalized their recommendations to us specifically. Ethan took the time to do my cousins hair to show her a product, and Jordan also took her time with us to help us find the perfect scents/products for us. Highly recommend shopping here !!!

First time coming into lush today & the associate Mar was SO VERY helpful, kind and sweet. Took the time to explain EVERYTHING & had the best customer service. Definitely make me feel comfortable coming in. Thank you Mar for all your help!

Went there yesterday with my family to purchase bath-bombs . Ethan was great! I never had much interest in their soaps but was so helpful and knowledgeable of the lush products.We will be back for soaps! Great experience!

Incredible, caring, and extremely sweet staff. I had a birthday party here with all of my friends, and our host, Marlene (I hope I get her name right) could not have been sweeter. She was funny, and very very kind about everything. She let everyone pick free samples when they won any of the games we played, and she even had another worker in the store write special prompts for pictonary because she heard we were all fans of DND ! She went above and beyond for all of us, and even when there was a slight mix-up, she really, really made sure everyone was happy. If anyone is having a birthday party, especially if you're a bit older, I'd recommend her a hundred times ! Give that girl a raise lol !
