I had the very first appointment right at opening, and my cut started right on time and was so efficient. The welcoming staff and great ambiance just seal the deal, and the price is totally fair. Staff was very kind but I did not get what I asked for. I asked for curtain bangs and face framing pieces and received very short bangs that are choppy. My hairstylist was kind and did apologize for making them too short, but now I am left waiting a few months for them to grow out to my desired length. The rest of the haircut was good. I got the long layers I asked for, but I am very unhappy with the end result. I was also quoted $40 on the phone for a wash+cut+blow but ended up being charged $55 because I failed to mention I have “long hair”. My hair comes down to just past my shoulders and I was never asked the length of my hair on the phone/that it would impact the price. Summer did an amazing job! It was my first time getting my haircut on Long Island since moving here and I will definitely be back. She asked me about every cut and executed everything I asked for in a short period of time.
