Big thank you to the wonderful hair dresser that recommended the Bondi Boost Anti-Frizz Flyaway Wand. It's exactly what I wanted. Tamed my flyaways but didn't leave my hair crunchy or weighted down. She knows her products!

This location was amazing. Every staff member treated me with respect and sincerely helped me with any thing I needed. It was enjoyable and I even spoke highly of each employee to the manager so that she would know that she has an amazing team.

Channel, one of the leads or managers at the Ulta beauty at the King of Prussia, PA location was absolutely fantastic! I went in today looking for a blow dryer for my hair as well as some of the Donna’s Recipe by Tabatha Brown shampoo, conditioner, and baby when I tell you her Customer Service is A1 like the steak sauce 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Not only did she meet my needs she exceeded all my expectations today! I was so happy with her service and the friendly atmosphere she provides that I even got a few extra items for myself and my mom while I was shopping. If Chanel isn’t your beauty expert, I don’t know what you’re doing with your life 👌🏽💯

Therefore, I chose 3 stars as it is right in the middle of 1 and 5. See below for my explanations as it will provide understanding for the stars I assigned.* I don’t often write reviews, but I feel the need to save someone else from the experience I had at the Ulta hair salon less than a week ago. I went in with a clear idea that I expressed to my stylist, Kaitlyn L. I told her I wanted a simple trim and a bit of layering. I didn't want to cut a great deal of length off because I was trying to grow my hair out. What I got was uneven, choppy, and nothing like what I asked for. One side was noticeably longe

When I read that Ulta carries the Shea Moisture cosmetics line, I just had to come check it out. I was also happy to find that they had an amazing variety of NYX makeup.
