I honestly can't recommend this place enough. 10 stars across the board if I could. I started my GLP-1 shots here and lost a little over 14 pounds in my first month alone. This stuff is legit. The team here made the whole process feel safe, comfortable, and personalized. From day one, the staff was attentive to my needs, and guided me every step of the way. Loren was absolutely amazing. She is very caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. Fatma was wonderful too and made every visit feel welcoming and supportive. The B12 Store at King of Prussia Mall is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your experience. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. The service was quick, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Truly a 5-star experience – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a very good experience with The B12 Store, KoP. I needed to take my mother there for her monthly supply and while I was there, I decided to do a GLP1 product. With this process you need to consult with their contracted Physicians Assistant (PA). The nurse reached out and we waited for over an hour, but not response. The nurse then reached out to the owner Arjun and he attempted to contact the PA as well, no luck. They ended up taking my information, and we worked out a plan where I would do a consultation the next day. I contacted Arjun the next day and he coordinated mt call with the PA. I ultimately had my consultation. We did find out that, unfortunately during the time I was in the store, the PA got sick and not able to return any calls. Long story short, I went through the cons
