It’s taken me a long time (3 years) to write this because I genuinely liked the staff and didn’t want to leave a negative review. However, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. At my first visit, the esthetician at the time burned my skin. Susan (the owner) immediately stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and assured me she would personally take over my care moving forward. I later scheduled a Vivace treatment (about $1,200). During that appointment, Susan noticed a few milia on my forehead and suggested removing them with a lamprobe. I went to DaVinci skin care for laser treatment today. I had an absolutely wonderful experience!!! Susan is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and I just felt an instant connection with her. This was my second appointment and I already see improvement. I made an appointment for my next laser treatment today. I highly recommend DaVinci and Susan!

Best spa ever! Julia is truly talented with her craft and takes the time to really understand you and your skin. Susan is also wonderful and is always welcoming! The environment is quite and clean, tucked away for a really relaxing experience. The office may be hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the area but you can always call and they will direct you to the correct door! I have been going for routine skincare with Julia once every 3-4 weeks and I am starting to see the benefits of professional treatments! Also, she is lovely to talk to. Highly recommend!!

Just had to take a minute to say how impressed i was at my visit this week. This spa is about 45 minutes away for me, but worth the drive. I worried that I would be treated less than as I sheepishly presented a groupon for my peel. Susan greeted me with a lovely conversation and shared her expertise with me. Christina performed the peel and was a true professional.. skillful and a great conversationalist. I look forward to getting the rest of my peels and plan to sign up for another service.
