I definitely do not fit the profile of a client at this stothem. I am turning 80 soon. During a conversation with my very fashion conscious granddaughter, she told me about the l'ange iron. A trip to the store and one telephone call provided all of the information I needed to make informed purchases. All of the employees were bright, friendly, and helpful. I highly reccomend Ulta in Janesville.

I’ve been a customer for over 3 years, but what happened Sunday was completely unacceptable. I went in to return a product and the cashier and her manager acted as if they didn’t believe me simply because they couldn’t locate the purchase right away. Their attitude was dismissive and made me feel accused of something I didn’t do. I even had to ask them to look up the receipt I had signed—only after they found it did their behavior suddenly change. No customer should ever be treated this way. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Ulta.

Terrible store. They never honor the free samples you should receive or the buy one get one free deals. Probably pocketing everyone's samples & deals. Should look into this for your loyal customers.

Employees are very helpful, reasonable prices Huge selection

This Ulta had a glitch in their computer system and my card was double charged. I’ve now spent over a week and hours on hold arguing with guest services to get my money that they took from me back. I was told I had to wait 3-5 business days to confirm that I wasn’t reimbursed, now submitted a pdf from my bank showing the double charge and am waiting 1-2 more business days for them to decide they believe me, and then have to wait 3-5 MORE business days for the money to be refunded. They also tried to tell me they’d actually have to send me a check. Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. To get this far I talked to 5 different customer service employees, had my call dropped and wasn’t called back, and never was offered anything besides more hoops to jump through. Absolute
