Red light helps me feel grounded and in the present. It helps reduce stress by allowing me to focus on positive thoughts and attending to the healing feeling that the lights provide. It has helped with joint stiffness and achiness thus allowing me to have greater mobility. It appears to have helped with skin milia (when keratin gets trapped under the skin's surface) on my face too as the last time I saw the esthetician there were only 2 milia instead of the usual 9-10. The esthetician also said that my skin looked very healthy. The only change I have made to my skin has been the red light therapy.

The new space for Break Free is amazing! I had my first sound wave experience using the vibrating table and it was so relaxing, and energizing at the same time. Wonderful place - very relaxing and always spotless! The infrared sauna has done so much for my health this summer while detoxing from SIBO. In my travels out of state I have seen quite a few that were higher priced and not as nice... Rebecca offers a top-notch health option and is very knowledgeable.
