My therapist is Nicole, and she does a wonderful job!! This technique has really improved my life!!! It gets rid of my knots in a lasting way, much better than traditional massage.
When movement is comfortable we are apt to move more often. MFT is proving helpful with my body's alignment so I find I'm drawn to walk and exercise more. Both Jenn and Julie are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend
