Mr. Bernard is amazing! and after cutting my husband’s hair for years , he’s now doing our sons hair and our grandsons hair! We absolutely love the professional friendly environment and how fun it is to shop for the best name brand beauty products and so much more while all the guys get their hair cuts! My 27 yr old youngest son literally left the barber who cut his hair at age 1 yrs old to now allow Mr. Bernard to cut his hair now, and we are all just so blessed to be able to come here and receive the best service ever in Jacksonville Fla.

I went in to exchange a foundation that I purchased from a different Ulta location. I was met by the most wonderful human being, Brittany! She took the time to hear my concerns about my skin and the foundation that I purchased. Immediately she went to work and picked several different things for me, and actually took the time to break down everything about the products she picked for me. Not only did I walk out with a perfect match, I walked out feeling better than I ever have about picking out a foundation. Normally when I’ve done it, it’s the experience of maybe 5 minutes and I’m out the door with a poor foundation that ultimately is too light, breaks my skin out terribly, and just all around sucks! It’s been about 2 weeks since I went to Kali for my haircut and let me say she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to! She actually took the time to sit with me and talk to me about my hair. She was very thorough as well making sure i understood what she was doing and why she was doing it. It’s been two weeks and my hair still feels like I just left the salon. If you need a hairdresser I 100% recommend Kali she will treat you like your family and take care of your hair.

Jenny helped me and my best friend color match our foundation and find products to help our skin. She was incredibly kind and patient with us. I’d also like to encourage anyone who is thinking about the Ulta Mastercard to get it. The points are outstanding! I just use it for bills and such and pay it off each month and get around $300 every 3-4 months to spend at Ulta. It’s great!
