I came in with a 5yr old gift card I wanted to spend and wanted to finally get a good color match for Fenty foundation. An associate named Keylee was very proactive in asking if I needed anything and I told her I was looking for Fenty beauty and for a color match. She not only did a flawless color match but recommended me some blushes and other products that I liked. I have never been to this location, nor do I buy makeup often, so Keylee helped me so much!

First time shopping at this location. Everyone was helpful! Wanted to give a special shout out to Meredith, who works at the Mac station. She did not help me directly; however, I observed her jumping in to help staff at the checkout counter when the line was too long to assist with quicker checkout. She was nice and jumped right in with a smile on her face! You all are great!

I was having a rough day and I decided to get out the house and go to Ulta because I needed hair care products. When I walked in, I was greeted by the manager or the assistant manager I don’t remember her name, but she has short brown hair. As I’m shopping over in the natural hair care product section I saw her and she asked me if I needed any help and I let her know I was just looking around just shopping. I’m going through the aisles looking at what products are available I’ll look up she is on another aisle looking at me, and then when I noticed, she pretended to scan something. I even purposely went over to skin care just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and sure enough there she was. I’ve then took my products to the front and let the store manager know that was at the register. No

I can to this store , I want to look something I didn’t know they close at 6pm I just walking into the door. The old lady come in and said “ We closed “ then I came out and she shut the door. Why she treated to custom like that? That lady need to be trained how to service to customers. Don’t service to customers like that. She should wait until customers came out and shut the door lightly. DONT SLAM THE DOOR LIKE THAT. I need she say sorry to me I wish I can put 0 start

I had this amazing woman help me out her name is Callie. She was so sweet and very intelligent when it comes to makeup definitely ask for her when you come in.
