Ok massage, good but not great. Good people working at Hand & Stone. Given to us as a X-Mas gift. Probably the most expensive massage I’ve had. With the high number of available options, probably would choose other providers at a more reasonable price.

I don't normally write reviews especially if they're negative. I thought I would try this H&S location since they're close to where I live. Big Mistake!! I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage which I was charged for, but ended up getting a 71-minute massage for my $145. I kept asking for more pressure and apparently the person I got could not do anymore I guess because I got none. Missed areas I asked to have worked on and now I have to book a massage somewhere they can provide a real deep tissue massage. Such a waste of money!! Hopefully others have had better experiences, but mine was terrible. Will never go back again.

Brianna is great with deep tissue massage and is my favorite at this location. Find your favorite massage therapist and stick with them for the best experience. Staff is polite and you can do everything on the app if you prefer.

I was very impressed. Normally, I typically go to the Spa at Ballantyne. Hand & Stone isn't a full service spa; however, I thought the massage was really amazing. You walk in and you're quickly greeted by a friendly staff. The lobby/waiting area smells great & they have lots of product available for purchase. I had Charmaine and the 50 minute hot stone massage. Her pressure was perfect, the whole experience was such a positive one. I would definitely go back. Booking services is super simple and the monthly membership seems like an amazing value.
