Descrimination and unprofessional behavior Note : I would like to clarify that this review is for managers and not stylist. Stylist Abby has done her job very good every time and for her, I accepted walkin as well. This review is for store managers. Ulta Beauty does not deserve even one star for their leadership staff based on my experience at this location. I was incorrectly marked as a “no-show” three times, which is completely false. I accepted walk-in service and followed the process exactly as instructed. On February 6, I called the store and was told a 6:15 PM walk-in appointment was available. To be safe, I called again at 5:45 PM to confirm, since I had never used walk-in service at Ulta before. I was again told to come at 6:15 PM. I arrived at 6:14 PM. After waiting 15 minutes,

Ulta has everything you need from head to toe beauty/personal care needs. I love their huge variety of products in all categories including hair, body, makeup, fragrance, the list goes on. Staff is very friendly and helpful in Finding the right product for you. Although it can be a little tough to find someone available as they seem to be low on staff, especially when most customers need guidance and/or recommendations. Ultra’s prices are right in line with other similar beauty stores like Sephora. You can find some lesser priced items but most of their products are higher end and that comes with a heftier price. They do have a points program and send out offers occasionally if you are signed up to receive them. I will be shopping here again and again.

The young gentleman with long blonde strawberry hair was phenomenal, kind, helpful. This was far best Ulta shopping browsing experience. Thank you

My daughter's hair looks amazing, Abbi is a Rockstar! She has such a great eye for color. This is exactly what we were hoping for 😃. We'll definitely be back for future appointments

Sienna helped my daughter so much. She was super attentive and polite. She really knows her stuff and was able to help my daughter buy all new makeup for her bday. TY Ulta for hiring such a nice person that actually helps and isn't condescending. This is the 3rd time she helped us.
