I have been receiving lashes extensions with Michelle for many years now. Every appointment is so fulfilling… starting from the amazing reception with all kind of snacks & coffees, Boston Lashes offers a 5 star services done with care & perfectionism! Thank you Michelle!!!

This was my first time at this place. Michelle was nice to greet and the place has water and snacks which I think is a nice touch. While the lashes that she uses seem to be of good quality, I can't say the same about the technique. My bottom and top lash were glued together on the corners which was extremely painful as she was trying to set it apart. I thought I heard a snip but I didn't think that'd be possible. When I looked at the mirror ~10 of my bottom lashes were straight up just cut. My bottom lashes are actually a little long so you can see how much was cut :( I'm just so sad. I've been getting lash extensions for over 10 years and I've never ever gotten my lashes snipped because they didn't tape it properly. Having the lashes cut w scissors is extremely uncomfortable bc now they'

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and care for her clients are unmatched. The service was truly 100/10 — my lashes came out flawless and the experience was so relaxing. The owner of My lashes Boston is not only a talented lash tech, she is an honest and hard working professional that takes her time to get to know you, know your style, and explain what she is doing step by step. Once you arrive the atmosphere is welcoming, clean and very well detailed to make you feel like you are the most important person in the world. I can write a book about Michelle and how flexible and passionate she is as well as how kind, sweet and customer service driven she is, however I don’t want spoil it for anyone who is considering going to her as a first time client one thing I will say though is it will not be your last time and you will be going home looking and feeling beautiful as well as gaining a friend that will never disappoint you.
