Sherri is amazing! This is my favorite place I have gotten waxed and that is all due to the skill and care of Sherri the owner. Sherri is accommodating and very communicative if you have any questions or concerns. I have been to many waxing salons including private and big chains, and you would be remiss to not choose to have a service done by Sherri. Not only do I get to support a small business, but I also get a stellar wax in the process. Definitely recommend!!

Sherri is absolutely amazing! She’s been doing my lash lifts and waxes for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results every time. She really takes the time to listen to how I like things done and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole appointment. On top of that, she’s such a joy to talk to — my visits always fly by because we’re laughing and chatting the whole time! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an esthetician who’s both talented and personable!

This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The salon charged me the full amount for a cancellation, even though their app only accepts debit cards — meaning they can automatically charge you whether you show up or not. When I tried to reschedule, the stylist told me my appointment had already been given to someone else within minutes, yet still charged me the full price. When I reached out, she replied saying: “Yes, that charge is a last-minute cancellation fee. You agreed to that charge when you signed up for an appointment on the Vagaro app and put your card down.The cancellation fee is 100% of the appointment if you cancel within 24 hours.
