I scheduled an appointment in the salon on 8/16 at 5:40pm. My appt was confirmed for 8/17 at 4:00pm, with stylist Olivia. On 8/17 10:55am, I received a call from Olivia ensuring that my hair needed to be fully detangled or else I would incur an additional $30 fee and asking if I could move my appointment to 4:30pm. I stated that I could and was sent a text link confirming my appointment change at 10:56. At 11:29am, I receive another call from Olivia asking if I could come in earlier prior to 4:30pm because someone had cancelled. I stated that I could not as she just changed my original appointment and I was in Connecticut. Olivia stated that she would see me at 4:30pm. I am so blessed to have worked with Brynn, Olivia, and Amelia. They worked together to help me find a set line of products that worked best for me. They were all extremely personable, knowledgeable, and fun! Thank you girls! When I returned for more products, Olianney was wonderful! she was very friendly and encouraging.

Got a haircut from the amazing Sabi! She does great work and is always so fun to talk to. I even asked her for a recommendation for hydrating location and she was able to help me out!

Mandie saved the day!! Not only did she do a PHENOMENAL job on my daughter's make up but she made a horrible situation so much better. We originally booked a make up session with Olivia. Upon arrival, I saw this person leaving the salon and heading to her car while on her phone. I went and checked in for our appt and the receptionist came over and said Olivia was running 10 minutes late. 🤔 5 minutes later she came back and said unfortunately while returning to the salon she became deathly ill. Just got my ears pierced here an hour ago and the service was great! I was super nervous because it was my first time getting a piercing, but Olivia (who did the piercing) was really nice and got me to calm down a lot. I'll definitely be back for a second one! =]
