I visited my heart sister in Holly Springs, NC, for the first time and accompanied her to her haircut appointment at Ulta Beauty on Friday. While I was there, I decided to book an appointment for the same day with Ashley A., who did a fantastic job with my accent highlights. Her precision and expertise gave my hair a fresh, vibrant look. The next day, I returned, and Diana S. delivered an excellent haircut, tailored perfectly to my style. This was my first time trying Ulta's services, and I had an amazing experience. I highly recommend them for their skills, professionalism, and humble personalities.

This Ulta is a joke. Every time I need to make a return there is always some sort of a problem. It took over 20 minutes today to complete a return for which I HAD RECEIPTS. Instead of apologizing for taking so long to process a SIMPLE return, the manager had a nasty attitude and acted like it was my fault she and the rest of the staff seem to have no idea what they are doing. In the meantime there were over a dozen people in line and they could care less. I am done with this location. I will shop at Sephora or drive to Apex before I deal with these losers again.

Ulta is listed as a happy returns venue and turned me away… why be a source of returns for this if you aren’t going to do it? The parking lot was crazy…i got my baby in and out of the car, to go in and be told no , we aren’t staffed . So i went to another Ulta hoping to do my return and Christmas shopping and they were not staffed either. Glad i went to sephora instead and got 20% off! This reminds me why I said absolutely never again to Ulta!

I'd booked a salon day for my birthday, but the stylist seemed rushed and rough during my keratin treatment. She even asked when her next client was while yanking my hair. Treatment didn't do a thing for me. I think her name was Liz? Always book with Sara.

Staff are all nice and never had any issues before this month, but I have been having consistent issues with pick up orders. My last one almost all of my lip products already had the seals broken (Nyx Fat Oils), which made me very concerned for hygiene and product loss. The one before that, they had marked a product out of stock when it was actually in stock so I lost my BOGO discount when I reordered it for shipping. The one before that they checked the order before handing it to me and found that many things had been marked found when they were not in the bags or the wrong product or color were put in. I had come to pick up 2 days after it was marked ready for pickup so if they had the stock on the day I ordered it, they definitely didn’t when I was able to come pick it up. A few things
