This is the best ulta to go to. Teya, their new hire is so sweet and beautiful!! She helped me figure out my whole makeup routine and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.. it felt like shopping with my bestie. 😄

I had an 11:00 AM eyebrow wax appointment and arrived a few minutes early. The employee who was supposed to do my service came in late and told me the waxer “did not work” and that she was cancelling my appointment because it was “broke.” She opened the waxer and showed me the wax was hard, which was obvious because it hadn’t been turned on and warmed up yet. Instead of troubleshooting, offering an alternative, or getting a manager to help, she cancelled my appointment and the way she spoke to me felt disrespectful. I showed up on time and was ready for my appointment, but I left frustrated and disappointed. I normally enjoy Ulta, but this experience was unprofessional and a waste of my time.

A Fun and Successful Shopping Trip at Ulta Beauty My daughter and I recently visited Ulta Beauty with a simple goal in mind: to pick up supplies for at home manicures. We found everything we needed, including a base coat, top coat, and four different nail polishes. The items were perfect for a little self-care time together. As always, a trip into Ulta Beauty never stays limited to just one purpose. My daughter also picked up shampoo and conditioner for her brother, while I found beard care items for both of my sons. In addition, I purchased several skincare products for myself and my daughter, making it a well rounded and productive shopping trip. Ulta Beauty consistently offers a wide variety of high-quality products for the entire family, making it easy to shop for multiple needs in one

Was told I had to provide my phone number at the time of purchase if I wanted to be eligible for a return in the future. Will be buying from a different merchant with better return policies. --- funny thing is I was not planning to return anything

Super clean & this store had the most heavenly scent as soon as I walked in 🥰 Everything looked organized & very aesthetically pleasing ! I also did a Shein return there but I called 1st to make sure that was the right location & the woman on the phone was super nice & willing to answer any questions I had over the phone or in store & when I got to the store they were so quick & made it so easy to return to shein that I will only be doing my returns at this location from now on !!!
