Q Nails

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. After being seated, the nail tech did not speak to me at all, which immediately felt uncomfortable. She also seemed unsure of what she was doing, as multiple coworkers had to point out issues during the service. Before moving to the dryer, I pointed out several toes that had polish all over the skin. I was then put under the dryer for 15 minutes and left waiting an additional 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me again so I could pay. At the register, I explained that I was unhappy with how my nails turned out. Instead of properly fixing them, she rushed to repaint them for the third time — while I was already wearing my sandals. The lack of communication, long wait times, and poor quality of work made this a very frustrating experience.

Kim did an amazing job on my balance! She listened to me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I’ve been looking for a new nail spot and I will definitely be back. They don’t have a ton of nail color options but that was my only critique. Everyone in the spa was very friendly and overall it was a great experience. 🖤💅🏼

Kim and David run a great shop. We searched for a very long time after moving here for a place we liked. After about a year or so came across their shop. Have been coming here now for couple years. Always accommodating when we show them art work. Even tell Kim sometimes do something pretty and she comes up with beautiful designs. Love how kind and friendly everyone is. Very happy with quality too. Nails never look thick and last better than any others I've had.

Seriously the best nail tech! I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out the shape, the design, everything is perfect. So skilled and makes the whole experience great. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my daughter to Kim for all her special moments for years! She always does a beautiful job with her nails! BUT TODAY WAS MY TURN! With my wedding Sunday, I was anxious to love my nails... KIM ROCKED IT!!!! She took time and was so kind and meticulous !! I cannot wait to show off the amazing art on my hands!! Thank you Kim!!!
