SEPHORA at Kohl's

I stopped in here for some lotion for my wife and some face lotion for me and the place was spotless, and the staff were very helpful. Rogaia was amazing and went the extra mile and gave me 2 samples. She helped me go through the overwhelming variety of men's Cologne too!

Natasha and Zaraa were awesome! I came in pretty close to close, but they were both very patient and helpful with my questions. I'll definitely be back!

This was my first time shopping at a Sephora. I came in for the sole purpose of needing help finding my shade of foundation. After taking the online quizzes on various makeup brand sites, I was as overwhelmed and lost as when I started. The 2 ladies that were working today were such a tremendous help. They were so friendly, they weren't annoyed or put out by the time I needed from them. They were both knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me, they didn't try to up sell me on certain products...they simply wanted to help find what was right for me. I wasn't looking forward to my trip here, as this is a new world to me & I deal with extreme social anxiety, but they made me feel comfortable and right at home. Would definitely recommend. Kohl’s .. Sephora . The folks hired inside to work the boutique are so unqualified to handle returns… Do yourself a favor and only shop the actual Sephora store .. Less hassle with returns and so much more knowledgeable when it comes to color matching…
