Wanted to give a shoutout to Ellery at the Geneva location. I came in with an online return of about 80 items (I rebought when items were on a better sale because I was told I couldn’t do a price adjustment with online orders). Ellery was so patient and kind during the entire process. I felt so bad with this return but I couldn’t have asked for a better associate to handle it.

Recently I have left Amazon and Target for ULTA and I am so happy! More product, more coupons, more informed sales assistants. At the Geneva store I really appreciated the skin care advice I got from Gia. She was amazing and generous with samples so I can make an informed and lasting decision. So Happy!

Just went in to pick up some Biolage all-in-one spray. Ended up getting helped by Sarah, she is AWESOME. Super informative and very kind!
