I visited the Geneva location a few weeks ago and was extremely impressed! The space was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I definitely plan on coming back. I wasn’t sure which package to choose, but Amy took the time to walk me through every option and helped me select the one that was perfect for me. She was so thorough and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

I’ve been going to Isabella “Izzi” for about a year now and she is amazing. I know I can go in and always have a great experience. She is personable and professional. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible and thus started at my very first visit with her. 10/10 would recommend her for your next wax service!

I had an appointment scheduled for today. I was called by the rudest employee 9 mins after said appointment. I requested to reschedule for 30mins because my car wouldn't start, its 10 degrees in Chicago! Thr lady gets puffy and puffy and says I'm not going to continue to reschedule you and hangs up in my face! Every single time I have tried to use this location the receptionist are the rudest, nastiest women to deal with. I've had a wax pass for years. Its the closest location to my home and I refuse to use it because they are discussing women! They treat their customers very bad at this location. I got 100s of miles away and never experience the disgusting treatment that these women exhibit at this location! You need to fine them for bad behavior! Life happens, hopefully life never happen

The St. Charles location Amazing and gorgeous. Olena B is the best!!! I’ve been going to her for a couple months and I am never going anywhere else! I highly recommend her for everything! Awesome experience every time!

Sidonie is the BEST! Super thorough and super fast! I was done before I knew it! Makes you feel comfortable and at ease! She is now my go to for ALL my hair removal!
