Had my first massage with Alissa on Monday and it was amazing. I was experiencing nagging neck pain that wouldn’t subside despite many interventions. I walked out of there with zero pain. I will definitely keep up with monthly maintenance massages. Her massages don’t just feel good…they are therapeutic.

I came in with several areas of concern and felt pretty miserable. Alissa identified all of the areas of concern and helped alleviate the pain I was experiencing with only one session; however, I know with regular massage I will feel even better. I am SO grateful that I found Rooted Elevation Wellness!
