I have tried to be understanding of new staff or someone having a rough day however this is ridiculous. I had a Christmas party to attend and this is what she did. Erial ran late, no phone call to let me know, I waited 20 minutes , didn’t have time for the Moroccan oil treatment, and she told me the curling iron she needed to do my hair was being used. They said they can’t get another one off the sales floor it is ULTA??? She used a 1/4 round barrel instead of 1.25 for loose curls and left the the back straight. They offered to fix it but there was no time and I refused to pay for it. They cancelled my subsequent appointments with no notice. Do not go here after so many mistakes with several stylists not worth it what they charge

Went in for a hair appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early but the stylist still saw me. Went in for highlights and a haircut. I have a lot of very long thick curly hair, so I know it takes a long time to care for. The stylists there are super friendly and took the extra time to make sure my hair came out amazing. I've been getting compliments ever since.

I love this store, it's my go-to for all my beauty needs! I've always had good experiences at this location, and today was especially good! Yumi was really helpful, she helped me find what I was looking for and a great substitute for what wasn't being sold anymore.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt so strongly about my experience at this Ulta that I couldn’t stay quiet. From the moment I walked in, not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me — even as I stood near the front making eye contact. There were plenty of workers around, yet not one offered a hello, a smile, or even asked if I needed help. I wandered the store for over an hour, completely ignored, while I watched other shoppers around me being helped and assisted. When I finally had to approach someone myself to ask about a body wash, the response felt cold and dismissive — like I was an inconvenience. It was demeaning and honestly hurtful. This Ulta Beauty in Gainesville is the best ever. The hair salon has amazing stylist that go above and beyond to make you feel beautiful. Everyone that works in the store is so helpful and can answer any questions that you may have or help you find the products that you may need or want. I highly recommend this Ulta for your beauty needs.
