Massage & Healing with Kristen Dyane

Always a great experience with Kristen. I've gotten massages for decades, and Kristen is among the best. She always takes the time to talk through how I'm feeling and what I need and focuses on areas that needed it (especially shoulders, neck, back...areas than hang onto stress!). I always leave with a greater range of mobility and a lot fewer kinks and knots - she works them all out. She even worked to figure out a knee strain I've been working through. Beyond the actual bodywork, she also creates an ambiance with gentle sounds, aromatherapy and an eye mask (all optional). And the heated biomat on the table as well as the hot towels that she uses at certain times...those are terrific touches, all included in the massage if you'd like. Highly recommend Kristen!

Kristen is a wonderful masseuse!! I have have massages all over the world, her’s are the the best!! Right here in Gainesville. She’s skilled and professional. She listens to my needs and has helped me get well and stay well. I have been with her for five years now and enjoy each visit at least two times a month.

Kristen is a very personable massage therapist. Not only does she listen to me verbally but she also listens to my body spiritually. She has excellent healing power.
