The Mac make up expert Reid was very helpful today with my purchase. He did a few color samples on my cheek and had amazing customer service. Was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with his color choice and bought some extra goodies. Thank you Reid for helping me today!

This Ulta needs a masterclass in customer service. I’ve always been greeted at every Ulta I’ve walked into, and I can always find someone if I need some support. There was no greeting upon entry, and I couldn’t find anyone to help me, so I don’t know where the employees were. Not to mention I called last week and the person I spoke to was rude, but I decided to let it go until today because now it seems like the service is subpar in general.

I have been going to Ulta for my hair for 3 years now. I only will go to Seema, she’s terrific. She’s so easy to work with and always does such a nice job cutting and styling my hair. I love that she always shows me what she’s going to cut from multiple angles to make sure it’s not too much. She also shows me my hair styled straight so I she can be sure I like the cut (I always do), because if they only show you your hair curled, you can’t tell if it’s cut poorly. I’ll only ever go with Seema.

I recently had the most fantastic experience at the Ulta Salon, Frisco. I came in for a much-needed haircut, a root touch-up, and an express keratin treatment, and I absolutely love the result! Seema is incredible—she truly rocked the service and is a master of her craft. The root color is the exact shade I wanted, and my hair feels and looks amazing after the keratin treatment. Beyond Seema, the entire crew at the salon was so nice and professional. Everyone was clearly dedicated to doing an amazing job, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and top-notch.

I’ve been coming here for hair color and cuts for years because they usually do a good job and are very professional. But for my third appointment out of the last four, THEY were behind (I was called back 22 minutes after my appointment time today!) and I’m tired of my time being wasted. Today especially since I ended up with a rushed job, and paid almost $100 for something that looks like I rolled out of bed and didn’t look in a mirror. They are so money hungry they will take ANYONE that walks in, and those of us regulars that plan ahead with an appointment get screwed. You verified my appointment with me THREE TIMES, yet you weren’t even close to ready at my scheduled time. You want notice from us or will cancel my appointment if I’m behind, but if I’m not going to get the same respect f
