Mother Bear Massage

T'arah was so incredibly kind and patient during our massage. My newborn was being fussy and she was very accommodating. She even changed her diaper for me so I didn't have to get up. I just want any new mom to know that she is a safe and accommodating person to receive support from during this sensitive time.

I’ve been seeing T’arah on a monthly basis, and she continues to go above and beyond each time. From the moment I walk in, she creates such a calming and welcoming environment that instantly puts me at ease. I’ve always been sensitive to deep pressure or painful massages, but T’arah is incredibly intuitive and attentive. She listens to my needs and adjusts her techniques to ensure I’m completely comfortable throughout the session. Her touch is both therapeutic and nurturing, and I always leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to my body. I genuinely look forward to my time with her every month. Found T’Arah from searching for prenatal massages and so glad I did! I had my first prenatal massage today with T’Arah and it was just amazing. You can really tell she loves what she does.
