I recently had my first Lip Lase treatment at Biomed Spa, and I was admittedly a bit nervous going in since I had no idea what to expect. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, but Ellie truly made the experience exceptional. She took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and genuinely put me at ease before we started. Her knowledge and calm demeanor turned what could have been an intimidating appointment into a comfortable and even enjoyable one. The results speak for themselves; my lips look naturally fuller and healthier, and the process was far less uncomfortable than I’d imagined. The institute itself is clean and professional, and I love that they offer so many advanced treatments beyond just Lip Lase.

I've had fotona laser face lift treatment done with Ellie. She's super sweet, analyzed my skin with a fancy equipment and was kind enough to suggest what suits best for my skin. She was extremely gentle during the process. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve done several sessions of laser hair removal over the years and recently had the service at Bio Med Spa. Ellie did the treatment and she is awesome! She’s attentive and has a lot of experience to ensure the process is as comfortable as possible. I’m not an expert on the lasers but she takes the time to explain the process so I understand and I’ve had great results so I’m now planning to get other treatments. The office is a little tucked away so make sure to check the suite number but definitely recommend checking them out!
