I came in about 10 minutes before closing for something that was supposed to be a simple exchange. It was the 5 for 5 sale. When I went up there for my six items I wanted to exchange. She told me that it would not be an even exchange and that I had to get four more items. I said everything is the same price you can’t just price match it? It was supposed to be any variety of those items five for five. I knew that they were getting ready to close so I just went ahead and grabbed a couple more items. While I am frantically trying to look for a couple of items, the lady at the front in the pink blazer kept tapping her fingers at me and huffing. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind! I have no experience with makeup but wanted to try. I was worried that I'd feel awkward, but I didn't. They were genuinely patient and helpful. I am excited to start my makeup adventure! Also, Haley is the absolute best. See her for your brows!!

⭐ 1-Star Review I scheduled a hair appointment for my daughter at Ulta back in early November for December 8. I never received a confirmation text or email, even though the website showed the appointment as booked. The day before, I contacted Ulta customer service to confirm and ask why I hadn’t received any notifications. They assured me the appointment was still scheduled. Right before driving over, I called the store to double-check, only to be told they had no record of our appointment at all. No apology, no attempt to make it right just basically “there’s nothing we can do.” This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We relied on Ulta to honor a booking made weeks in advance, and instead we wasted our time

I went in today looking for a new set of products, it’s not always the easiest process. However, with the help of Lisa, my experience was phenomenal and so relaxing! I felt like my needs and concerns were validated and taken into full consideration. She provided me with a lot of helpful tips and guidance, I’m so appreciative of everything! I will continue to use my local Ulta Beauty for all of my skincare and makeup needs! Thank you again, Lisa!!
