Above & Beyond Wellness Spa

I had a therapeutic massage and a 15 min. red light therapy session. Adrianna was my massage therapist. She was extremely gentle and thorough, especially considering that I haven’t had a massage in 10+ years. Due to a scheduling conflict, they gave me a free red light therapy session which was considerate of them and the session itself was delightful!

I have been coming to Above and Beyond Wellness Spa for almost a year now. I have never been to a better spa. Honestly 5 stars is an understatement! Sarah, the owner, is so passionate about her spa, the work she does as a business owner and masseuse, her employees, and us, and it shows. I typically book with Dee and Lydia. Dee is just fantastic at getting those deep knots out with how strong she is. Lydia is like magic with how intuitive she is with even the slightest response from your body. They are so kind and welcoming and really know their stuff! They teach me about the specific parts of my body they're working on and exercises/ stretches to do at home. They've helped me so much with my neck and upper back, and they even help with TMJD. And of course Grace and Journey at the front

I’ve been going here for about a year now and have gotten probably around a dozen massages. I typically book with Lydia or Adrianna, both of which are excellent and have somewhat different approaches which I’ve appreciated. I’ve never felt uncomfortable, they both are great at matching how much you’d like to talk (I vary based on the day haha), and I’ve always felt like I got a great value for the money. They always have recommended some things I could do at home (such as stretches) to help with things I’m wanting to address, too. The receptionist is great and very helpful. The owner is also extremely nice and when I first visited, she was a great help in terms of me figuring out how to use my insurance benefits. I did the queen for a day package, and let me tell you, I left feeling like a new woman! I was so relaxed, well cared for, and just had an amazing experience over all. The Swedish massage was probably my favorite part, but everything was simply a 10/10.

My wife and I enjoyed a great therapeutic couples massage. My therapist Adrianna was great. When leaving I was stress free, muscles lose, and I felt like a new person.
