The Marlton Ulta location is immaculate — exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and staffed with friendly, approachable associates. I came in to replenish my go-to products (I’m loyal to quality more than specific brands), and had the best experience working with Ylanna. She took the time to understand what I currently use and offered thoughtful recommendations from brands I hadn’t explored enough. I ended up spending more than planned — but it was absolutely worth it to stock up on beauty essentials. Layla was fantastic at the cashwrap. She left me with great insights and “food for thought” around future hair care purchases, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great team and a great store. You can genuinely feel the staff’s passion for beauty and service the moment you walk in.

I recently started going to the Ulta salon and have had the pleasure of working with Amber twice - once for color and once for a haircut - and she is absolutely amazing! She’s friendly, talented, and clearly educated when it comes to haircuts and color matching. My color came out perfect, and my haircut is still holding its shape weeks later. I’ve gotten so many compliments! Amber is a true asset to Ulta and makes the whole experience enjoyable. On top of that, every employee I have interacted with at this location has been friendly and helpful, which makes me love coming here even more. Highly recommend both Amber and the Ulta salon for anyone looking for great service and results!

The make up application is overpriced and terrible. Do not waste your money. The woman that did my make up was very sweet, but it wasn’t a good job. And the rest of the staff and management had an attitude about me not liking it. I simply stated that I didn’t like it and I didn’t think it looked good and they were rude. Don’t waste your money.
