Just moved to the neighborhood and went here for a me day. Clean environment, friendly staff, no long wait, doesn't break the bank. Love what they did w my refill, thinning, detail to consistency - and the pedicure was a much needed surprise, sure why not! :) Can't wait to go back with my daughter! They take appointments and walk ins.

I live here in Kings Grant and I used to come here about 15 years ago and I don’t know. I just ended up going other places that were more conducive to my work and as far as distance but now I’m back and I have to say they do a fabulous job there and I’m glad I’m back. I go to Tony for my nails And I get my feet done by Wendy. The whole staff is great though whomever you go with my Mom gets her nails done with Kevin who does a wonderful job as well. I just wanted to share this with everybody because it’s a little hidden gem that’s right here in Kings Grant and it’s very local to everybody that lives here.

The staff is friendly and always kind. Not always able to do styles you request but I appreciate the honesty rather than them butchering it. I usually give them free reign of designs and I've loved them all so far.

Witnessed a nail tech scream at a customer for simply wanting reassurance about the color. Not one employee reprimanded him. I finally had enough and spoke up and then was told we both could leave to which we both did. Terrible. Never would I leave a negative review as everyone has bad days but not one person told this man to stop yelling at his customer who sat there in complete shock. Disgusting behavior and customer service. Has gone downhill the past year. Too many places that provide the same services but appreciate and respect their customers to come back here.

I love J R Nails! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating! Tony did a fantastic job on my pedicure and my mom has seen Wendy, Tony and Kevin and we have zero complaints! I highly recommend!
