Liv is incredibly professional and has a calm, soothing demeanor that’s perfect for a spa environment. During the facial, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions about the products being used. Her touch was just right—the perfect balance of softness and pressure—making the facial both effective and deeply relaxing. I will absolutely be rebooking with her. I’ve also seen Liv for several waxing appointments, and she is extremely meticulous with her technique. She takes her time and double-checks to ensure all hair is completely removed. Had the BEST express facial. It was so thorough and relaxing! Massage was also wonderful and the ambiance can’t be beat! The aesthetic is beautiful and the vibes are very chill! My niece is getting married this year and it would be a great location to do a before wedding event with the girls!

Just visited under the new ownership last month, and it was a wonderful experience!! The massage was excellent, and the owner gave us free facials, to accommodate for not being able to schedule us at our desired time. The atmosphere is beautiful and all the staff were great. I’m scheduled to go back again next week for my birthday!
