As a whole I love Ulta and always have a positive experience. I went in today looking for new foundation. I had no idea what I wanted as my previous brands weren’t doing it for me anymore. After spending 10+ minutes wandering aimlessly looking at foundations, Gemini helped me find what I needed to address my concerns. Gemini answered all my questions, helped me compare products and even helped me determine my undertone. (Turns out I have been getting it wrong all this time). I left with a foundation I’m super happy with and can’t wait to try. Thanks, Gemini! ( To be clear, Gemini is not a person… it’s AI. I was not approached once by a team member. A gentleman made eye contact more than once then promptly turned away).

I went into Ulta Cornelius to get my eyebrows done. Jada did an AMAZING job. She was thorough, outlining the area so I could see what would be waxed and what would stay (never had anyone do that before), but quick at the same time. She was very nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back to see her specifically next time I need my brows done.

*This review is in regards to their brow service* As someone who struggles with trusting new people/stores with beauty services, I definitely recommend coming here to see Jada! She's awesome!! She makes the environment extremely comfortable for the client and also ensures that the job is done! She takes her time and is detail-oriented–which I really appreciated!! Bernard was incredible! I am very unfamiliar with makeup and skincare, and he was very patient with me with all of my questions. He made sure everything was perfect and that my skin would glow and emphasize the best features. I don’t know what I would do without him!!

During my visit, the cashier identified as Shawn was ringing up two customers at the same time, despite the store not being busy. While doing so, she gave the other customer her full and undivided attention. In contrast, she was inattentive toward me and displayed a rude and unprofessional demeanor. This behavior did not reflect appropriate customer service standards. Following this interaction, I contacted the store to obtain the cashier’s name. During that call, I spoke with Aubrey, the manager, who responded in a hostile and dismissive manner. Rather than addressing my concerns, she attempted to justify the cashier’s behavior by citing the holiday season. While I understand that holidays can be busy, this does not excuse poor customer service or disrespect toward customers. Every cust
