I cannot day enough good things! We tried out the new Concord location and I was a bit hesitant hearing “barn” originally, but was beyond impressed. The main barn was so cute and clean and the massage room was perfect! Tori and Jackie were excellent as well. We were given mimosa and pastries upon arrival, allowed to choose an essential oil to diffuse during our wonderful massage, and given a keepsake candle with a “day to remember at the farm” label at the end. Excellent service!! The property was gorgeous and the animals were so sweet. Overall great experience and we cannot wait to go back!

Visited Jackie & Charles in the Cornelius office, after suffering from chronic lower back pain for a couple of months. Tried yoga stretching, chiropractic, and heating pad, but the pain persisted...until after I was treated by Charles. One hour with him gave me more relief than I had from any of the above. Charles pulled, pushed, pressed and massaged and by that night I felt 90% better. Thanks Charles! And Jackie treated my wife, who said that it was the best massage that she ever had. We will certainly return when needed, and we highly recommend Harmony & Balance!!

My partner and I have been going to Jackie and Brian for a couple of years and absolutely love it. We both work on our feet and getting a massage each month helps us keep back pain away so much. Jackie was great when I was pregnant as well! I especially appreciate the respect they treat me as a person of size - they are friendly and accommodating to all kinds of people. Do not delay getting on their tables!

I booked a couples massage for my friend and I for her birthday at the farm location. Jackie was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond after finding out we were celebrating. She truly made everything feel so special. Jackie had some sweet treats and Prosecco for us to enjoy before and after the massage. Jackie and Tori were both phenomenal and we had a wonderfully relaxing experience. We plan to book again when we are back to Concord!

Brian is VERY good. He is super knowledgeable and he gave me the best massage ever. I completely trusted him. He does talk through the whole massage which I don't care for. A massage for me is a very special treat that I don't do super often and I like to completely relax, I don't want to talk during it at all, so I will say it's a shame he's such a talker bc he is so good. I most likely won't be back because massages are too expensive for an experience to be ruined.
