It is a real privilege to write an outstanding review of Tracy & her unique & superb qualities as massage therapist I have seen over the past few years. I have been going to massage therapists for over 30 years since I first injured my back. Tracey exceeds all expectations & has phenomenal knowledge of anatomy...how muscles are interconnected...&...how to apply just the right pressure & attention to one area that will really positively impact another area. Her abilities to find & treat muscles that are hurting are truly exceptional & a real gift! I believe she is the best massage therapist I have seen for sure!!

SUMMARY: my back went from constant stiffness and pain to none of that for a full 3 weeks after just a single hour long appointment MY SITUATION: I hurt my back for the first time and it was at the point where I lost most of my motion in my back and I tried stretches and nothing was helping that much. over time the pain and lack of motion decreased but depending on my sleep position the pain and stiffness would come back. THE APPOINTMENT: Tracey helped me out exactly a month ago and it was life changing. After this appointment I got full range of motion back and I was completely good for about three weeks with no pain or anything. 5 stars is not enough! Tracey gives the best therapeutic or deep tissue massage I have ever had! I’ve had massages for years from practitioners at other local and chain offices before experiencing Tracey’s skill and I cannot go anywhere else now. She is unparalleled in her perceptiveness of the body’s musculoskeletal and neural interconnections. Her work releases and heals things that have been with me so long I assumed they were permanent. Tracey takes the time to teach stretching and posture and other healthy practices that lead to long term healing and wellness. It’s clear that massage therapy is far more than just a job or career for Tracey. It’s a gift and a passion and it makes a difference you notice immediately when you are on her table.

To say I am blown away is an understatement. Tracey is more knowledgeable than any massage therapist I have worked with since being an athlete.
