This location is one of the worst. It’s never stocked well enough and I’m always having to order through Amazon or directly with the brands online. They don’t carry many men’s brands, Now they’ve decide to not carry a popular brand (Mr Black). I try to support local business but it’s getting impossible. I give up. Not buying from Ulta ever again. Blue Mercury it is.

I have been struggling with the condition of my hair for the last few months. I tried everything - changed shampoos, deep conditioning, leave-in sprays, etc. I went in to ask for some suggestions, and Erin came to my rescue! Not only did the product she recommended completely solve my months-long dilemma, but she also gave me a fabulous trim to help my struggling hair get more movement and shape. Erin is outstanding! Kudos to the Chester Ulta team and their commitment to employing and supporting knowledgeable staff.

Leah is a very skillful stylist , I go to her myself & I recently brought my 11 year old daughter in for a hair cut ! I can’t say anything bad ! I can’t wait to come back for color .

I'm extremely selective on who styles my hair and I don't switch hair stylists very easily SO that being said.……..Erin is the BEST!! We did a demi permanent gloss and blow out and WOW 10/10. I was extremely happy with everything. She’s also super sweet and made the entire experience a very enjoyable one. I already booked my next appt. Thank you!
