Gianna is truly next level! I’ve had my eyebrows done before, but never with this level of precision, care, and attention to detail. It seems as if she studies your face, your features, your natural structure, and enhances you in a way that still feels completely natural. The entire experience was professional, calming, and meticulous. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure everything was perfectly balanced. My brows have never looked this clean, structured, and natural at the same time. Beyond the talent, her energy is unmatched. She’s warm, confident, and genuinely cares about her craft. You can tell she takes pride in her work. If you’re thinking about booking with her, DO IT! 10/10 experience. I won’t be going to anyone else.

Very disappointed with my recent visit. I’ve always booked a Brazilian and tummy strip without issue, but during my most recent visit, I was told that the area just outside of my panty line was no longer included in the Brazilian service and that a Brazilian only covers “two finger lengths.” I explained that I have never been charged separately for my bikini line in the past when booking a Brazilian, but the waxer insisted it would now require an add-on. The service itself was poorly done, the wax didn’t even extend a full finger’s width outside of the bikini line. I had to ask her to redo part of it because it was incomplete. When I went to the front desk, I was charged an additional fee for “inner thighs,” even though I did not have my thighs waxed, only my bikini line area. According

Went in and Melanie was right there waiting. She was great. Made the whole appointment easy and quick. The girl at the front desk was also super nice. Will definitely be going back to this one.

I always see Leonarda for my wax and she is always so sweet and accommodating. She always puts me at ease and walks me through each section she is doing to make me as comfortable and relaxed as possible. She is extremely professional and kind. The front desk girls are also always so friendly and caring as well. I would recommend Chester European Wax to anyone
