I’ve worked with her over the years for individual sessions, and I’ve also done two separate week-long Myofascial Release intensives with her. Each experience has been incredibly powerful. Sarah’s fascial release work is honestly unlike anything else. I’ve tried massage, chiropractic care, and other treatments… and nothing compares to the relief and reset I felt after her sessions. I have been working with Sara now for more than a year and I’m very grateful to her as my chronic pain has improved so so much !
