Ok so not my neck of the woods. I must have obviously looked lost. Behold comes in a young savior by the name of Angelina. Told her I was shopping for my soon to be 13-year-old . As a single father, this is definitely not my area of expertise. Thankful for my older daughters as they gave me a list of items to grab. Nonetheless I still would had spent hours looking for these items. Angelina was able to streamline the process and though some items were not on the floor, her resilient determination had her searching the back stock for what I needed. Great attitude and Superb experience made me feel comfortable and confident that I was getting the right items. Also want to mention Ari for her help as well. Together y'all made an exquisitely team. I swore I would never walk into another Ulta beauty again after my last experience at Brokaw. However, I thought maybe a different location might be better so I decided to head in to the bascom location, and I’m so glad I did! I was welcomed in, and I thought ok here we go, but it was different , there was Shelly with in a few minutes of me walking to the isle I was going to asking me if I needed anything or had any questions…little did I know she was the manager.. she was able to help me find what I needed instead of walking away from me like my previous experience at brokaw. Hannah was so patient and kind, helping me find the best deals on what I needed, she helped me understand what I was looking for. Huge shout out to Hannah and Shelly! The location is SO LUCKY to have these ladies!

Anthony Do did an amazing job with my hair. I got a blowout done and he listened to me and was really detailed oriented towards my hair. He gave an appropriate lift to my hair at the top with big curls at the ends. I am totally impressed and will be returning to him for hair at Ulta in Campbell.

Extremely Disappointed with the Outcome.... had an appointment at Ulta Salon in Campbell with stylist Katherine D. While she was friendly and professional in her manner, I’m extremely disappointed with the results of my haircut. I showed her a clear photo of the hairstyle I wanted, but she did not follow it at all. Worse, my hair was cut significantly shorter than what I had clearly requested. I emphasized wanting to maintain length, but that was not respected. The final result looks rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I envisioned. It honestly feels botched. This is especially disappointing as I was hoping to make this my regular, go-to salon in Campbell. I was ready to become a loyal customer, but unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider.

Cynthia was the best stylist who treated my hair like it was from an angel. She also cut all of my kids hair (4 boys), and was very patient. I WILL be returning. Thank you Cynthia for changing my life for the better and showing me what being a hairstylist really means. I will DEFINITELY be returning.
