I had an amazing experience at Kalos! This is a DEXA full-body composition scanning studio that gives you a detailed breakdown of your results and can create a personalized program based on your scan to help improve your overall health, strength, and longevity. Ben was our performance analyst and he was seriously the best. He was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and so patient. We had a LOT of questions and he didn’t leave a single one unanswered. I went to the Kalos San Jose at the Pruneyard. Easy to locate and lots of parking available. The office was very clean and professional. The scanning table was surprisingly comfortable and the scan process took about 6 minutes. After the scan, I sat with my assigned performance analyst, Chris. He was fantastic -super thorough and informative and his enthusiasm and passion for health and fitness was obvious. The information the scan provides is unbeatable. It breaks everything down and leaves it all out there so you really do know how healthy you are and areas where you can improve. They also can provide support for you for next steps if you need it.
