A purpose built 'meditation spa' for float fans - there's few other ways to completely detach from normal reality and the connection with your sense of being a human in a body - not even sleep compares. It's not cheap to do. As an occasional treat, it's remarkably relaxing and resets the tone of your mind and body. I suspect there's parts of your musculature that are enabled to relax that would never otherwise be able to do, even in sleep. It helps to have some experience of breath mindfulness to enable you to focus and not drift too much mentally. The facility is a beautiful space, with friendly staff and well maintained. Parking is easy and situated to the right of the lobby entrance.

I returned back to floating after taking some time away from one of the most important tools I use to regulate my nervous system! I signed up for the monthly membership so that I can come for floatation more regularly. Small parking lot, but if no spots plenty on free parking across the street. Handicapped spot available. Leave your shoes off at the door, slip on some sandals and sit down to relax in the lobby pre-float to decompress from the outside world. The staff is very knowledgeable and explains how to achieve the best float. Drink some water and use the restroom. Rooms are warm and dimly lit for your relaxation, lock yourself in the room, disposable earplugs, showers with shampoo & body wash(pre float) conditioner(post float), wash cloths and towels provided. My experience has been great. The staff is extremely friendly and I generally like the vibe when I'm here. I'm usually not a fan of spas, but I've found floating to be relaxing and good for the body. I've been able to have more deep sleep and my body aches have gone away. My muscles no longer feel tense. I signed up for the membership after my first float. There’s no strings attached as you can cancel at any time. I’ve enjoyed every float since then.
