Ok I just had to say that a few of your employees were very helpful with me deciding a valentines gift for my girlfriend! I wanted to get her perfume and they were so helpful in making the decision like they instantly knew a recommendation after I said she liked Daisy by Marc Jacobs. And THEN they gave me not 1, not 2, but FIVE PERFUME SAMPLES also based on the brand they recommended. ugh whoever you are ily and THANK YOU 🩷 divas gotta look out for each other

I had a wonderful makeup artist yesterday she worked in the MAC section but she was very personable and made me look and feel beautiful with the way she did my makeup I appreciate service like yours sometimes it’s hard to talk to people during appointments but you actually talked to me throughout the whole appointment and even gave me instructions to help myself at home with things I didn’t know how to do and listened to everything I had to say about my makeup to make it perfect and it was! I appreciate you so much! Thank you Erinn ( sorry if that isn’t how you spell it)

Let me preface this by saying I seldom wear makeup so do take what I say with this in mind. The store felt clean but slightly overwhelming due to the sheer amount of product. It also didn't help that there were boxes of unboxed inventory in the aisles. That being said, everything looked well cared for and the staff was helpful and attentive.

DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE CASH. I USED MY DEBIT CARD IN THIER MACHINE ON BLACK FRIDAY AND I WAS CHARGED 3 TIMES OF 197.70 AND THEY HAVE ONLY GIVEN ME 1 REFUND OF 197.70 AND I DIDNT GET TO LEAVE WITH ANYTHING. I LEFT PROVIDED MY BANK STATEMENT TO THEM. THEY TOLD ME IT COULD BE A YEAR TO GET MY MONEY BACK. NOT OK

The employees at this location are so rude. When asking for assistance I received eye rolls and heavy sighs. Then when they barely answered my question they immediately walked away as if in a hurry to get away from me. I could’ve used more help, no one cared though, so I ended up just leaving with my one item. The cashier also rolled her eyes at me and was also rude. Buying beauty products can already be intimidating without the pretentious attitude of the staff.
