Sarah does an excellent job of finding and neutralizing the key areas. I appreciated her willingness to talk about my problem areas before the massage to get an idea of what was hurting me in order to plan for the massage. She is very thoughtful about her approach to the session. Too many times, I have had massages where my areas of concern are ignored but this is not the case with Sarah. I also appreciated her willingness to utilize different massage techniques and to not hold back on pressure. I had some very stubborn areas from years of overuse that Sarah was able to free up. I felt so much better and looser after my massage and can't wait for the next one!

Sarah is great and very professional!! She makes you feel welcome and relaxed. She is the first person I visit for a massage in my life and she made it so easy for me. I’ve had now two sessions and I feel ease in my muscles. I had experienced some pain in my leg and back due to running and the massages are def helping me recover. Highly recommended!

I have been a client of Sarah’s for about two months, and have been getting treatments every two weeks or so. I have felt a noticeable change in my body in that time. Sarah is a great listener and focuses on areas that are giving me trouble. She has a wealth of knowledge and tries several approaches each week to help my tight spots to loosen up. I am a runner and do weightlifting as well. This combo leaves lots of areas that need attention. Sarah rolls with that and adjusts her approach to find what works for me. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful and creative approach.

Sarah is a true professional. I went to her for craniosacral therapy to relieve a bad sinus problem with lots of congestion. I could feel the energy and the next day much of my congestion cleared out. She did a great job.
