Ulta Beauty

I trusted Ulta, I went in with one length hair just over 28 inches long, 7 years of growth. I asked for curtain bags, I told her my husband cuts the back and I wanted to leave the length. After the curtain bangs she said she had to blend them in. Then she said she had to shape the back but keep the length. I trusted her because I was sitting in the chair at Ulta high quality place. Right? She curled it and it looked lovely and then I came home and brushed my hair! Look what my hair is going to look like for Christmas because I trusted Ulta.

Store is clean and employees were helpful. We just left and Jo helped my daughter find what she needed, while complimenting her natural beauty and features. Just the pick me up she needed!

I went here the other day with my fianće and mother-in-law. Everyone was so welcoming and fun! The store was clean and maintained well. This was before Christmas and it was busy but we were helped swifly. I was specifically helped by a lovely woman named Serenity. She shade matched me to perfection (concealer and foundation) and when I did my makeup I felt gorgeous! Thank you girl!❤️

This place is very uncomfortable to go to because I’m almost certain that they target individuals to harass and they constantly follow you around like you’re gonna steal stuff and make you feel like you’re just a criminal when you walk in the door. I don’t think it’s cool someone should do something about it. I’m not sure that I know how to

Store is clean, but the employees are not welcoming. I always feel so uncomfortable in the store. They don't really talk and seem like they could just care less about you. There have been a couple employees that seemed nice, but my overall experiences have not been great.
