Cost Cutters

I have a 1 1/2 year old, and it was his first haircut. Jaci was super nice and super patient with my son. She was kind enough to ask if we wanted to keep his hair since it was his first ever haircut. Was an 11/10 experience & will be taking him back for all his future haircuts.

So I when in to get a trim and I told her to NOT TO CUT THE BACK not only she touched the back of my hair, now I have to buzz it off because how short she cut it, and I have gone here before and they still don’t know how to cut hair. Would not recommend coming here.

My hair was long I asked for an inverted bob short in back long in front but it came out a bit un even and I got called a handsome 12 year boy😡 and my girls laughed at me... I figured out a way to style it by myself. And they never asked me how short I wanted it. Just cut. I'm naturally quiet so I didn't say nothing n still tipped $6. On top of the $24 normally I tip higher but I felt like I didn't quit get what I wanted. I rarely get my hair cut so I don't know what to expect and wasn't told and wasn't has how short I do have pictures of what I wanted and what I got. The lady was very nice and friendly.

Place is empty it was just before 6:30 and 2 employees said they were not doing anymore haircuts. One was in the back talking loudly on her phone while the other was playing on her phone sitting in a chair. It was a mens trim cut... and we would tipped really well for coming 30 mins before closing. (I had to take screen shots of the video since it wont allow videos that why the time stamps are a tad off)

I'd give 0 if I could. I asked for a trim and got the most uneven cut I've ever seen in my life. I could have done it better at home with my kitchen scissors
