I stop in at this ulta frequently and the staff here is always so nice and friendly. Never had a bad experience here. But what I really wanted to mention was the service I got today from Deb at the salon! I booked a very last minute appointment to get my roots touched up. I had never been to the Ulta salon before, and Deb walked me through everything, chose the perfect color, and got my hair fixed up looking great! We also had such great conversation, it was such a fantastic experience! It was a pleasure meeting her and having her do my hair today and I will be back! Thank you again Deb!

Went in looking for advice for under eye makeup on aging skin. I’ve never been one who knows what or how to apply makeup. Madison was so knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She went through a whole regimen with me, acknowledging my concerns and answering my questions. She was also very sweet and reassuring, telling me that I was already doing nothing wrong and to give myself grace. A great experience for someone who is not into make up!

Awful place with garbage policies. My wife bought me cologne at the end of October as a Xmas present. Turns out the incompetent worker who did the order gave her the wrong scent. After Xmas, when we realized the scent was wrong we tried to take it back and were told that they have a "new policy" for returns after 60 days and they couldn't do anything about it. No return no other options, just an "Ope. Sorry." $100 down the drain. Ulta will never get another dollar from us and we'll make sure to never recommend this store to our friends and family. Go somewhere that isn't a total scam.

I wanted to buy a perfume and an employee named Madison helped me out. She took great care of me- lovely and helpful. She asked what notes I was looking for in a fragrance as well as what I liked about the perfumes she sprayed for me. Very polite and refined young lady! She seemed to really know what she was talking about…….not many people do anymore.They had what I needed and checking out was easy. The store was very clean- one of the better ultas I’ve been to. Thank you ladies

Tabitha was a huge help even though the store was busy. I am someone who does not normally wear makeup and needed help and she did a great job listening and finding products to suit my needs!
